We are moving and have a wonderful, like new INFRARED
DRY HEAT SAUNA for sale. We paid $3,500 for it and it is offered
for sale at $750. It is a hexagon, all light cedar
construction, health cabin, 36" x 40", one person; lifetime warranty
on cabin & heaters ... 5 years (4+ left) on control box.

Brand new in original packaging. For that 1930’s vintage layout, or a current vintage layout to be the remains of a by gone era. Intricate detail, 93 parts in 4 colors, clear windows – with detailed instructions. Originally $57.
This was planned for a big layout I was developing. We moved and I no longer have a model railroad. So will sell for $25.00

The Mill Building is enclosed with board and batten siding and covered with a corrugated metal roof. This style is typical of permanent operations or those that ran in areas where the weather could turn cold. At the back is a canopied area, where fresh-cut boards are sorted. To keep the machinery running, there's a nicely detailed Powerhouse with twin smokestacks. And for the final touch, you get a Sawdust Burner, used to dispose of scrap lumber and sawdust from the cutting operations. Typical of buildings constructed from the 1920s to the 1940s and still in use today, your finished model fits easily into steam- or diesel-era layouts.
Main Building Measures: 13 x 16 x 5-3/4" 32.5 x 40 x14.3cm, Log Conveyor: 3 x 21" 7.5 x 52.5cm, Powerhouse: 4-1/8 x 4-3/8 x 4-1/2" 10.3 x 10.9 x 11.2cm, Sawdust Burner 3-7/8" 9.6cm Diameter x 4-1/4" 10.6cm Tall. New - still in original box and wrapper. Originally $79.95. No longer available.
